Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ananta Companies is looking for a passionate and motivated Trainee to join our Human Resource Department at our Corporate Office in Uttara, Dhaka. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to kick-start their career in HR!Job Responsibilities:
∎ ✅ To draft and issue HR letters (appointment, confirmation, experience, salary certificate, etc.)
∎ ✅ To provide HR services and support to employees regarding various queries and documentation.
∎ ✅ To coordinate health insurance services and assist employees with related queries.
∎ ✅ To assist in the recruitment process including CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding etc.
∎ ✅ To support the Training & Development (T&D) process by maintaining training records and logistics.
∎ ✅ To maintain proper documentation and ensure data entry in HR systems.
