Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop and maintain the selection process for recruitment purpose.
∎ Planning, designing & developing Job Analysis procedure for the organization as per guideline of Head of the Department.
∎ Conduct yearly Job Evaluation program.
∎ Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization's and individual's needs.
∎ Prepare various official letters/agreements/approval notes as per requirement.
∎ Perform on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable and relevant to job and legal issues also.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
