- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and strong analytical abilities to contribute to decision-making processes.
- Sufficient knowledge of accounting procedures such as billing and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of advanced-level spreadsheet and working knowledge of data analysis software’s and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and effectively prioritizing tasks with multitasking ability.
- Uphold ethical standard & maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare daily sales booking report as per client’s schedule.
Reconciliation of daily sales report as per traffic on-air.
Generating Monthly aging report.
Prepare daily and monthly minute booking report as per client’s schedule.
Compile daily average sales and collection report.
Prepare daily dashboard for sales invoice.
Check bill entries in accounting software and ensure all bills are posted correctly.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
Performing on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable and relevant to job and legal also.
