Responsibilities & Context:
Design, develop and maintain the selection process for recruitment purpose.
Planning, designing & developing Job Analysis procedure for the organization as per guideline of Head of the Department.
Conduct yearly Job Evaluation program.
Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization`s and individual`s needs.
Prepare various official letters/agreements/approval notes as per requirement.
Perform on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable and relevant to job and legal issues also.
