Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc in Chemistry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating the quality of raw materials, intermediate product and finished product
∎ QC parameters (e.g. specific gravity, viscosity, opacity, shade value) check for product approval
∎ Packaging materials (Plastic and metallic can, Carton etc) test
∎ New vendor development (Alternate source creation of raw materials and packaging materials)
∎ New color development as per customer requirement
∎ QC record (daily QC activities) maintain and reporting
∎ Retention sample (water based and solvent based) management
∎ Process optimization and validation activities
∎ Customer complaint handling and root cause analysis.
∎ Improvement of existing product and cost reduction activities.
∎ New product development activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1/2 year(s) experience. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer & must have good computing skill and production planning skills.
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated analytical organizational skills.
∎ Must be self- motivated , result oriented , process high degree of initiative, work well under pressure
∎ Must be available to work shift work and on call.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
