Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Science from a reputed university with good academic track record. Chemistry/Textile backgrounds are preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The company will be hiring an enthusiastic, experienced and qualified candidate for immediate recruit. Candidate must have sound practical experience on Textile testing laboratory in Knit Composite factory/third party textile testing laboratory related field are only requested to apply with full of confidence.
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Zirabo, Savar, Dhaka
∎ Work place: Work at factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the overall activities of the textile testing laboratory for buyer accreditation process.
∎ To manage the testing of textile materials and other related materials in accordance with established test methods.
∎ Responsible to perform physical & chemical lab tests like DS to washing & drying /Appearance after wash, C.F to washing, Rubbing, Perspiration, Saliva, Light, Water, Pilling resistance, Abrasion resistance, Pull test, GSM, pH according to ISO, AATCC method with proper assessment.
∎ To operate different testing machine.
∎ Analyze test data and obtain test reports as per the requirement.
∎ Keep the records of the testing reports able to maintain all the laboratory related documents timely updated when required.
∎ Responsible to make the test report, review & release the report.
∎ Supervision of Team members of their daily routine function.
∎ Good knowledge about ISO 17025.
∎ Responsible for control the document of testing data.
∎ Responsible & assist to implement updated protocol/Buyer testing manual/Quality manual regularly.
∎ Responsible to maintain company quality management system, code of conduct, SOP & work instructions
∎ Must be able to answer buyer's technical issues. Must have work experience to face 3rd party audit/Correlation test.
∎ Review the submitted samples & the TRF(test request form)
∎ Must be able to issue reports within time & given feedback to merchant team if arise any questions
∎ Maintain record, logs, files & physical inventory of samples, finished products & perform sample registration for report generation in laboratory software.
∎ Keep update all the testing m/c by conducting regular calibration
∎ Maintain the compliance issues properly & identifying the hazard & take necessary steps to avoid these.
∎ Any other task given by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite textile plant's lab/textile testing laboratory/Third party laboratory/Buying house laboratory
∎ Candidates having training on testing in third party lab/buyer approved technician are highly encourage to apply
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on textile lab tests
∎ Should have done Munsell hue test with excellent grade.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about Spectrophotometer
∎ Excellent communication skills in both written & speaking in English
∎ Well computer knowledge like MS-Office, E-mailing etc.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
