Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Diploma In textile technology/Graduate from any reputed university/college.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Analyze fabric technical sheet to select yarn count, knitting m/c type, m/c dia, dyeing process, finishing process, etc.
∎ To Analyze different knitted fabric swatch.
∎ Ensuring on time sample delivery with right quality.
∎ Ensuring sample & bulk fabric quality.
∎ To Communicate with knitting, dyeing & merchandising team.
∎ Co-ordinate and work closely with knitting, dyeing, and planning team for smooth production & delivery.
∎ Having knowledge of yarn price, different knit fabric knitting making rate, dyeing rate, fabric costing, etc.
∎ Having Knowledge about different fiber, yarn & fabric.
∎ To maintain R&D SOP
∎ To check all fabric technical parameter like Yarn Count, m/c dia, m/c Gauge, Stitch length against fabric sheet.
∎ Maintain the fabric related buyer compliance issues properly.
∎ Creates archive for all fabric R&D
∎ To analyze market trends & guide to make different knit fabric
∎ Have to perform any other task assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience requirements: 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Knitting/Dyeing/Dyeing Finishing/Fabric R&D
∎ Excellent communication skills in both written & speaking in English
∎ Well computer knowledge like MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, E-mailing, etc.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ Have to work independently.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented.
