Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ The company will be hiring an enthusiastic, experienced and qualified candidate for immediate recruit. Candidate must have sound practical experience on Total Quality Management System (TQM) are only requested to apply with full of confidence.
∎ Work place: Work at factory.
∎ Job Location: Zirabo, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install or maintain right Quality Management System (QMS) or improve the existing QMS to ensure quality of products and satisfaction of the buyers.
∎ Establish quality procedures, standards and specifications for the factory following buyer's requirements and guidance.
∎ Keep up to date and develop internal guidelines according to new regulations and/or market requirements
∎ Monitor non-compliances and deploy Root Cause Analysis to identify the origin of the non-compliance to avoid it in future.
∎ Ensure zero failed final inspection by third parties or buyer QC.
∎ Ensure product safety, such as mold prevention, pest control, sharp tool control, pull test, bonding test, minimum neck stretches, lab and chemical test according to factory & customer standard.
∎ Conduct pre-production meeting before production start.
∎ Employ QA management techniques to check garments at the time of stitching. It is to ensure that operators are not making any defective pieces.
∎ Comply with full technical compliance requirements.
∎ Ensure that the QMS is in place and working as envisaged.
∎ Ensure that the AQL level of the company is properly maintained and exceeded.
∎ Ensure that all incoming, in-process, and final goods are properly inspected and documented.
∎ Ensure that all goods coming in the store are rigorously inspected for quality and quantity.
∎ Install both preventive and remedial measures.
∎ Ensure that all of his personnel are trained continuously on their responsibilities.
∎ To control the quality of products by carrying out in-line and final inspection in the factory to ensure that the products can meet customer's quality and ethical standards.
∎ Ensure goods shipped with quality as approved sample.
∎ Regular follow up with sampling, Porto sampling, size sets, fit samples and production samples.
∎ Updating quality policy, setting quality objectives, composing quality manual and SOP as per global standards and requirements of the brands.
∎ Setting KPI for Quality Department.
∎ Have to perform any other task assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit Garments (QMS in Garments Division).
∎ Excellent communication skills in both written & speaking in English.
∎ Well computer knowledge like MS-Office, Excel, Power point, E-mailing etc.
∎ Knowledge and expertise on production process, quality assurance system and compliance.
∎ Must be sincere in information sharing & transparency.
∎ Have experience for controlling the quality for Knit products from sampling & conducting trial, inline & final inspection.
∎ Able to conduct pre-production meetings.
∎ Good understanding of manufacturing process in knit garment field.
∎ Able to buyer handling easily.
∎ Able to contribute to improve quality with problem solving ability.
∎ Able to suggest alternative solution.
∎ Good Team spirit.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Will have personal motivation.
∎ Should have strong leadership quality.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented.
