B.Sc/M.Sc (or equivalent) in EEE, EE, CSE.

Strong understanding of digital and analog circuit design
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithm.
Basic knowledge of digital signal processing and filter design
High attention to detail and technical accuracy
Understanding VLSI design and test cycles.
Decent communication skills in English.
Proven experience on C++ or JAVA
Familiarity with DFT concepts (scan, BIST, boundary scan, JTAG)
Experience writing firmware for embedded systems.
Exposure to version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
Experience with Python or other scripting languages

Job Responsibilities:
Develop production‑ready test solutions for semiconductor devices using the Advantest V93000 ATE. Perform complete test development: test planning, test hardware development, test software development, test program debug and test solution offload for production run
Convert ATPG patterns into ATE environment and study IC datasheets and technical documents to define test parameters, limits, and coverage
Communicate test plans with internal teams and customers; incorporate feedback into revisions
Additionally, the engineer will be responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities in test strategy and test coverage to reduce test time
