Zaastex Group, a leading sweater manufacturer of the country looking for highly motivated, energetic and experienced professional personnel for the following posts:
Job Responsibilities:
Must have 10–12+ years of extensive experience in sweater manufacturing, with strong technical expertise in yarn, gauge (GG), knitting stitches, and sweater production processes.
Proven skills in managing sample development and approval, interpreting technical specifications, and ensuring compliance with international buyers’ quality standards.
In-depth knowledge of sweater knitting construction, yarn composition and properties, and new stitch development.
Highly skilled in preparing knitting charts and ensuring product quality at every stage of production.
Strong command of English for effectively understanding and interpreting technical files, buyer comments, and measurement methods.
Expertise in troubleshooting garment fitting issues and implementing corrective actions.
Skilled in sample washing techniques to achieve the correct hand feel and workmanship as per buyer requirements.
