Zaastex Group, a leading sweater manufacturer of the country looking for highly motivated, energetic and experienced professional personnel for the following posts:

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of sweater knitting construction, yarn composition, gauges, stitch/pattern development, and knitting charting to ensure product quality.

• Experienced in independently handling buyers on quality assurance matters, providing technical guidance and effective solutions.

• Conduct sample evaluations against product specifications to confirm compliance with customer quality standards.

• Manage product follow-up processes, including pre-production (PP) meetings, attachment requirements, and implementation of quality control systems per buyer specifications.

• Skilled in conducting in-line, pre-shipment, and final inspections to ensure compliance with AQL standards.

• Proficient in sample development, approval processes, swatch matching, and finishing techniques to deliver high-quality products and facilitate smooth shipment execution.

• Monitor production processes and provide technical support to maintain consistent quality standards.

• Demonstrated expertise in QA planning, inspection, monitoring, follow-up, and reporting.

• Collaborate effectively with Technical, Development, and Production teams to maintain quality benchmarks and achieve targets.

• Oversee the monitoring, measurement, and continuous improvement of internal processes impacting product quality.
