Education:
- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Social Science
- Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Social Science
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Science/ Relevant fields.

- Based on work experience the below education qualification may be reconsidered.
- 2/3 years Job experience on persons with disabilities issues e.g. CBR process, Sign language, etc.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong inter personal skills.
Responsibilities & Context: Responsible for:
- Prepare monthly work plan and visit plan focusing monthly targets of the ongoing project.
- Achieve the monthly targets throughout the planned activities and work plan.
- Forming different groups and directly supervising community organization.
- Monitoring different awareness-based activities such as group meetings.
- Regular visit project implementing areas and meet with selected beneficiaries/person with disabilities.
- Ensuring appropriate support for the community staff and the people of the project areas.
- Arranging awareness-based theatre shows, different livelihood trainings, advocacy meetings, open budgetary sessions in the concerned project areas.
- Monitoring the Char Theatre artist activities.
- Conducted self-help group sessions, civil society group meetings, monitoring the performances of both community staff and learners and also report the progress to project officer / project manager for ensuring the ongoing success of the project.
- Facilitating different supports to the community on behalf of Friendship during the time of the emergency.
- Supervising any construction works in the project areas
- Regular monitoring the project assets/infrastructure at community level.
- Assist to Physiotherapy activities.
- Assist to referral system and provide accompany with health seekers at referral center.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of project related logistics and assets.
- Maintaining a good rapport with community leaders, civil society members.
- Providing relevant inputs/ data for the preparation of the monthly / quarterly reports.
- Communicating the feedbacks of Persons with disabilities activities to Project Officer/ Project Manager to ensure the ongoing success of the project.
- Working with multi-disciplinary team and have capacity to maintain supportive network with Local Govt., NGOs and others.
- Establishing and maintaining liaison with different government and non-government officials and other relevant stakeholders
Activities:

- Conduct and monitoring different awareness-based activities.
- Regular visit project implementing areas.
- Arrange different livelihood trainings, advocacy meetings, open budgetary sessions in the concerned project areas.
- Assist to bring client from char to physiotherapy Center.
- Conducting different sessions on sign languages, BRTA , brail etc.
- Facilitating different supports to the community on behalf of Friendship during the time of the emergency.
