Experiences requirement : Additional training in community health, health promotion, or related fields preferred.

GRAUS is implementing a project titled “Momentum Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR)”, covering the period from May 2026 to April 2027, subject to the availability of funds. The project will be implemented in Khagrachari Hill District of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT), Bangladesh, with the objective of improving the quality, coverage, and continuity of Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services across District Hospitals (DH), Upazila Health Complexes (UHC), and union-level facilities. This will be achieved by strengthening the capacity of service providers, enhancing facility readiness, and improving service coordination, with technical support from JSI Research and Training Institute, Inc. GRAUS intends to recruit competent, experienced, and reliable Support Staff to assist in the smooth implementation of project activities and ensure effective day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure availability of drinking water, tea/refreshments, and other basic needs for staff and visitors.
• Assist in arranging meeting rooms, training venues, and workshops (chairs, tables, materials, etc.).
• Support photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents as required.
• Deliver and collect documents, letters, and parcels within and outside the office when needed.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of office equipment and supplies.
• Support basic inventory handling and organization of office materials and stationery.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of office premises as assigned.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues (electricity, plumbing, furniture, etc.).
• Assist staff during official events, meetings, and field-related preparations.
• Support safety and security measures within the office premises.
• Maintain respectful and cooperative behavior with staff, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth office operations.
