Academic Requirement : Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer science/Information Technology/BBA/MBA from any Public University.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and/or logistics management, preferably in NGO or development projects.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in inventory management and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with digital reporting systems (e.g., MIS, DHIS2) will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in remote or resource-limited settings.
• High level of integrity and strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Bangla and working knowledge of English.

GRAUS is implementing a project titled “Momentum Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR)”, covering the period from May 2026 to April 2027, subject to the availability of funds. The project will be implemented in Khagrachari Hill District of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT), Bangladesh, with the objective of improving the quality, coverage, and continuity of Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services across District Hospitals (DH), Upazila Health Complexes (UHC), and union-level facilities. This will be achieved by strengthening the capacity of service providers, enhancing facility readiness, and improving service coordination, with technical support from JSI Research and Training Institute, Inc. GRAUS intends to recruit a competent, experienced, and qualified IT & Logistics Officer to support the efficient management of information systems, logistics, and operational support functions of the project.

Work Place : Frequently field visit to MIHR project areas (DH, UHC, WH&FWC & Surjer Hashi Clinic)

Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Systems Management
• Provide day-to-day IT support to project staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure smooth operation of internet connectivity, email systems, and data-sharing platforms.
• Support digital health systems (e.g., MIS, DHIS2) for data entry, validation, and reporting.
• Maintain data security, backups, and confidentiality of project information.
• Assist in setting up IT equipment for meetings, trainings, and field activities.
• Provide basic IT orientation and support to staff to improve digital skills.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Manage procurement processes in line with organizational and donor policies.
• Prepare purchase requests, collect quotations, and support vendor selection.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, medical supplies, and consumables.
• Ensure timely distribution of supplies to clinics and field teams.
• Track stock levels and report shortages or replenishment needs.
• Maintain asset registers and ensure proper tagging and documentation of project assets.
• Support transportation and fleet management, including vehicle scheduling, fuel tracking, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medical and non-medical supplies.
Coordination & Administrative Support
• Coordinate with program and finance teams to align logistics and IT support with project needs.
• Support the organization of trainings, workshops, and meetings, including venue arrangement, equipment setup, and materials preparation.
• Maintain proper documentation of procurement, inventory, and IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations, and audit requirements.
• Assist in vendor management and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Identify operational challenges and propose practical solutions.
