• • Proven experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic.

• • Ability to supervise, motivate, and manage clinic staff effectively.

• • Strong organizational skills to ensure quality service delivery.

• • Knowledge of procurement processes for supplies, equipment, and staffing needs.

• • Proficiency in managing budgets, billing systems, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.

• • Competence in computer-based healthcare administration systems (e.g., Kareo, MediXcel EMR).

• • Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload effectively.

• • Ability to contribute to a proactive team environment and work collaboratively with colleagues.

• • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, specialists, and the public.

• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.

• • Prior experience working with local communities in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) will be considered an added advantage.

GRAUS is implementing a project titled “Momentum Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR)”, covering the period from May 2026 to April 2027, subject to the availability of funds. The project will be implemented in Khagrachari Hill District of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT), Bangladesh, to improve the quality, coverage, and continuity of Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services across District Hospitals (DH), Upazila Health Complexes (UHC), and union-level facilities. This will be achieved by strengthening the capacity of service providers, enhancing facility readiness, and improving service coordination, with technical support from JSI Research and Training Institute, Inc. GRAUS intends to recruit a competent, experienced, and qualified Clinical Manager (CM) to lead and oversee clinical service delivery and quality improvement initiatives under the project.

Work Place : Maischari Surjer Hashi Clinic, Union facility level

Key Job Responsibilities:

• • Ensure effective management and quality delivery of Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services at the clinical level.

• • Supervise clinical and support staff to ensure the delivery of quality health services.

• • Ensure compliance with national clinical protocols, guidelines, and standards.

• • Coordinate with community stakeholders and government health authorities to strengthen service delivery.

• • Liaise with healthcare professionals and patients regarding treatment plans and clinical services.

• • Oversee overall clinic operations, including staff duties and daily service delivery.

• • Keep medical professionals informed about healthcare services provided at the clinic.

• • Manage clinic budgets, billing systems, and inventory control.

• • Ensure timely procurement of stock and supplies for the clinic.

• • Oversee purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.

• • Develop and implement procedures to ensure optimal patient care and service quality.

• • Conduct recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff.

• • Manage internal and external communications and respond to inquiries regarding clinic services.
