Experience Requirement : At least 5 years of relevant experience in development organizations. Candidates with experience in similar programs will be given preference.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports independently.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email, and familiarity with digital MIS platforms.
• Willingness to travel regularly across project implementation areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working with local communities in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) will be considered an added advantage.
GRAUS is implementing a project titled “Momentum Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR)”, covering the period from May 2026 to April 2027, subject to the availability of funds. The project will be implemented in Khagrachari Hill District of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT), Bangladesh, to improve the quality, coverage, and continuity of Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services across District Hospitals (DH), Upazila Health Complexes (UHC), and union-level facilities. This will be achieved by strengthening the capacity of service providers, enhancing facility readiness, and improving service coordination, with technical support from JSI Research and Training Institute, Inc. GRAUS intends to recruit a competent, experienced, and qualified Monitoring & Reporting Officer (MRO) to lead and manage monitoring, reporting, and data management functions of the project.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and implementation of monitoring activities to ensure the quality execution of the MIHR project.
• Ensure the accuracy, validity, and reliability of project data.
• Conduct data analysis using statistical functions and perform relevant statistical tests to support evidence-based decision-making by the Project Manager and team.
• Conduct regular field visits to support project operations and collect relevant monitoring data.
• Prepare high-quality reports with strong data presentation, and review reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the District Coordinator in maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Provide regular monitoring and data quality support to the MIHR team, including Medical Officers, community health workers, and partner NGOs.
• Coordinate with the MIHR team, Medical Officers, community health workers, partner NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise and collaborate with Medical Officers, partner NGOs, and relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate the preparation and timely submission of Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly reports through the designated reporting system (e.g., Horizon).
• Ensure the quality of MIHR activities, MNCH services, and interventions at both facility and community levels.
• Lead baseline assessments, evaluations, and documentation of lessons learned, best practices, and case studies.
• Build the capacity of program staff in conducting baseline studies and evaluations effectively.
