Experience:
Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance or relevant field from any UGC approved reputed University or institute
Strong understanding of development sector dynamics, donor landscapes, funding trends, and humanitarian response systems, particularly in Shelter and CCCM programming.
Advanced capacity in procurement systems, logistics operations, warehouse management, and designing efficient supply chain mechanisms.
Proven ability in budgeting, financial oversight, grants management, audit compliance, and effective project implementation in complex environments.
Skilled in research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and producing high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and develop teams while fostering accountability, integrity, and performance excellence.
Strong collaboration with internal teams, donors, and stakeholders; effective facilitation, negotiation, and bilingual (Bangla & English) communication skills.

This position is responsible for developing and managing budgets, ensuring all operations remain within approved limits, and reviewing and analyzing financial information. The role also oversees overall logistics and supply chain management, including organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of goods for the BRAC Shelter/CCCM-Cox/CCCM-BC Project under HCMP.
Strategic Planning and Overall Management:
Develop strategic plans and oversee logistics, warehouse, transportation, and related services.
Review Shelter & CCCM and CCCM-BC project budgets to ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations, and promote effective budgeting practices.
Implementation and Monitoring of Sectoral Activities:
Analyze financial information (e.g., expenditures and cash flow) to ensure operations remain within approved budgets.
Quality and Accountability:
Monitor and ensure quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery timelines, transport costs, and overall efficiency of Shelter materials and logistics operations.
Stakeholder Coordination, Networking, and Advocacy:
Supervise, coach, and train warehouse and finance teams, and address operational challenges effectively.
Coordinate closely with HCMP Procurement, Finance, and HR departments; liaise with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers; and support financial tracking, HR budgeting, CTC, and timesheet management for Shelter & CCCM (Cox & BC) projects.
Fundraising, Proposal Development, and Reporting:
Prepare variance reports comparing actual and budgeted expenditures on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis, and report to the line manager.
Support documentation, data compilation, and development of relevant reports, journals, and visual materials for Shelter & CCCM activities.
Safeguarding
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
