Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and posting job descriptions on various recruitment sites.
∎ Shortlisting CVs based on skills and calling candidates for general interviews (not technical, technical interviews will be held by tech team leads).
∎ Interviewing candidates and assessing their performance. Communicating with the candidate throughout the hiring process.
∎ Coordinate with technical teams regarding requirements and forming a solid recruitment strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Good problem-solving skills.
∎ Professional and presentable attitude.
∎ Self Motivated
∎ Must be a team player.
Salary: Negotiable
