Job Responsibilities:
∎ Aiva Labs is looking for a Project Manager, whose role is to oversee and handle the development of custom applications and websites for our clients and be the point of communication between the sales team and developers.
∎ As a Project Manager, you are expected to fulfill the following duties:
∎ Have a thorough understanding of client requirements and create a to do list for the development team
∎ Be the main point of contact for developers regarding questions related to their projects
∎ Following up with developers to ensure deadlines are being met and tasks are being completed
∎ Ensuring that developers follow proper procedures and meet the standards of corporate policies for all their work (not pushing changes directly to production, maintaining correct VPN access, etc.)
∎ Maintaining an up to date changelog that can be accessed by others in the company when meeting with clients
∎ Having great problem solving and analytical skills, being able to make independent decisions with minimal supervision when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Multiple years of experience as a Project Manager in tech companies
∎ Strong grasp of the English language
∎ Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
∎ Ability to manage Kanban boards
∎ Experience with web applications
∎ Strong knowledge of GIT and code versioning tools
∎ Basic understanding of the Shopify ecosystem
∎ Experience with Shopify App Development and Liquid templating language
∎ Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, VueJS
∎ Familiarity with backend technologies such as NodeJS, Laravel, or Raw PHP
∎ Experience with REST APIs
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
