Job Context:
∎ Maintaining access to WASH, Shelter, Energy and Self-Reliance services for the Rohingyas in Bangladesh
∎ The key purpose of this position is to carry out the duties and responsibilities to ensure effective implementation of Energy interventions maintaining the highest possible level of standards and quality by ensuring necessary support to the project and utilizing resources for implementation. In this circumstance, NGO Forum is looking for a qualified individual to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Improved Energy Services.
∎ The duration of the project will be until December 31, 2022.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Project Management in planning, information management services, reporting, monitoring and documentation of the project.
∎ Collect, update and disseminate all kinds of information management related products produced by relevant cluster, UN and other agencies.
∎ Design necessary data collection form ensuring the purpose and the use of the data.
∎ Collect the condition of the sector related facilities, identify gap based on the data collection, and planning as per the need.
∎ Support and train the field teams on collecting data, documenting and reporting to the project manager.
∎ Organize and maintain GIS data of all energy related facilities of targeted area in accordance with the relevant data management protocols.
∎ Prepare mapping in the use of GIS as a regular basis on the energy sector related facilities.
∎ Provide the necessary support to the management in presenting the relevant data and information.
∎ Develop different kind of quality documentations, progress report on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups, and organizations regarding engineering issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 31 years
∎ Experience on mapping, statistical analysis, COBO collection, gap analysis.
∎ Professional work experience in different, project implementation, monitoring, operation and reporting.
∎ Proficient knowledge of standard computer software (MS Word, Excel, GIS, COBO toolbox)
∎ Good communication and networking skills both in Bangla & English.

Salary: Tk. 84857 (Monthly)
