Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly individual work plan and ensure proper implementation of the Project's Monthly Action Plan
∎ Make regular and frequent Learning Centre (MC)) visits for quality checking; monthly 30 learning center should visit and ensure support for learners
∎ Ensure proper guide to Program Organizers (PO) and their regular visit of LCs
∎ Provide on the job training to the teachers ( host & Burmese) through measuring performances of both children's learning's' and teachers capacity;
∎ Provide technical input to develop the teachers training short package ; ensure implementation of the Training Curriculum;
∎ Develop Training Calendar, Training Schedule with design of training course
∎ Conduct Teachers Training and Burmese Language Instructor's training on EL & ABL packages.
∎ Assessing Teachers Training through follow up;
∎ Conduct Monthly Refreshers Training at the field level;
∎ Supervise Program Organizers;
∎ Ensure proper operation and overall management of the LC's under the assigned working area;
∎ Ensure necessary supplies available at each LCs
∎ Keep local level networks with the different stakeholders and education related organizations and agencies
∎ Attend regular meeting with Government officers (CIC) and site management meeting
∎ Provide daily progress information to PM;
∎ Prepare the monthly report in time
∎ Attend monthly staff meeting;
∎ Participate different events organize by the donor and the organization
∎ Keep good team works with other key contact personnel like M&E officer and finance and admin dept.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the project management and the organization.
∎ Keep strong communication and liaison with Camp In-Charge (CIC), GoB and site management for program and administrative purpose.
∎ Keep regular communication with block Mazi and head Mazi with in camp.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of implementation of education program and the situation in Bangladesh including constraints and issues in the primary education is required
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making;
∎ Planning skills;
∎ Excellent skills on dealing with beneficiaries, community and other stakeholders;
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill;
∎ Strong report writing skills both Bangla and English.
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting

Salary:
∎ Tk. 72600 (Monthly)
∎ No other benefits will be provided.
