Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BSc in Knitwear Manufacturing Technology/IPE/Apparel Manufacturing Technology.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Total productive maintenance (TPM),Knitwear Manufacturing Technology
∎ Training/Trade Course: Production Management,Automation in garment manufacturing process
∎ Skills Required: Ability to manage a large and diversified workforce, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Able to operate all type of sewing machine, Can do attitude, Capable to communicate in English, Creative Thinking
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
All kinds of Garments (KnitWovenSweater), Experience in Research and Development, Garment Technology, Knitwear, PUMA Production Methodology
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing garment’s sketch, Tech pack or sample for further execution, Study sample construction and simplification prior to approve sample.
∎ Introduce new sewing method and attachment by analyze sample.
∎ Have to take line feeding preparation to ensure smooth line feeding of the every style, set up the line as per operation bulletin and layout sheet.
∎ To check first production and make sure to meet quality standard, in case of finding defect, find the the root cause of defects and guide to solve promptly .
∎ Guide and execute for Method study and Motion study to reduce SAM
∎ Conduct style risk assessment and simplify the complex process through innovation.
∎ Responsible for all fit, construction and technical related efforts from development to production.
∎ Adjust the measurement charts and pattern if needed, advice/help the QC team and factories to solve the issues which arise during the process.
∎ Validate Pre-Production samples verifying all the aspects fabric quality, colours, styling conformity for all product groups.
∎ Have to conduct internal Risk assessment and PP meeting to aware all related persons.
∎ Analyze operators efficiency data, identify weak and less efficient operators and guide the trainers and technician to train them as per skill, process and efficiency demand.
∎ Implementation of product mix in sewing lines.
∎ Build a strong culture of accountability and teamwork among employees, Proactive in nature for line plan and feeding follow up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having similar experience will get extra preference.
∎ PUMA Brand's production experience will add value.
