Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BSc in Textile/Garments Manufacturing Technology/Industrial Production Engineering will get additional preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Quality Management Systems
∎ Skills Required: Excellent operating skills over MS Office, Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken

Garment Technology, Garments Manufacturing, Quality assurance and control

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the QMS audit and continually improve QMS requirements
∎ Counsel and guide the QAD staff to Inspect fabric in terms of physical defect, color and dimensional stability
∎ Co-relate fabric inspection result, CPI result and fabric related B grades in order to control B grade garment
∎ Guide and work with Pre Production team to make sure all quality issues were addressed before line start.
∎ Conduct style review meeting with all required production staffs.
∎ Co-operate with Production departments and ensure all production output meet required quality standards.
∎ Lead the first output review meeting against the sample & technical file including measurements.
∎ Finalizing the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors.
∎ Supervising, leading and managing all the QAD Staffs, Auditors, Inspectors and Checkers, and motivate and guide them to follow the individual styles for customers prescribed standards along with keeping good relations with all interdepartmental staffs.
∎ Monitor the DHU report to identify the continued defects and work with respective production team to get it correct.
∎ Follow up the Officers & Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions.
∎ Drive KAIZAN culture.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to handle and lead 31 sewing lines along with Cutting, Fabric QC, Finishing QAD Staffs and drive to achieve required quality bench mark beyond customer's expectations.
∎ Right first time quality attitude is required and able to work as team player.
∎ Smart, positive and willing to take ownership.
∎ Hard working individual.
