∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the satisfactory level of finishing production and meet the production goal as per production capacity.
∎ Responsible to achieve daily finishing production target as per plan.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth finishing processes and according to shipment plan.
∎ Closely monitor finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor
∎ Co-operate with Quality Assurance Department and ensure finishing output meet quality standard.
∎ Supervising , leading and managing all finishing production employees and motivate and guide them for higher productivity and meeting the schedule and standards.
∎ To attend any supply chain issue immediately to avoid loss time in production.
∎ Maintain the health safety, applicable legal compliance, neat and tidy conditions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
