Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and follow instructions of Production Manager for maximum production.
∎ Responsible for day to day production & Maintain quality production to fulfill the customer requirements.
∎ Checking in process quality in all stage of production & finishing.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of men, material for optimum productivity.
∎ Report on productivity, materials, inventory to the management.
∎ Responsible for production to Execution with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ To check and ensure the Quality Control Parameters of product.
∎ Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
∎ Assess the performance of the team members and also motivate production executives, assistants and workers to improve performance.
∎ To ensure the cleaning & hygiene condition of overall plant.
∎ Other responsibilities provided by Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
