Attendance, General HR, HR Compliance, Leave Management, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development, Very good team player
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with recruiting agencies for head hunting of the key positions.
∎ Update Organogram, role profile, Job description and align with HRMS/SAP.
∎ Review monthly manpower with budget versus actual and find gap for Justifications.
∎ HR operational work (Monitor overall Leave & Attendance Management System for on-time monthly payroll process. Administer and manage employee insurance plans and Job Change: Transfer, Promotion, Confirmation and re-join, Develop database for employee's personal information updating through HRIS & SAP)
∎ HR Documentation (Maintain Company records, Meeting meetings, Office Circular & notices approvals, Assist Line Manager for Preparing different kind of monthly HR report.)
∎ Oversee employee as prevailing law and foster employee counselling.
∎ Prepare employee engagement calendar with Line Manager and assist to implement.
∎ Identify TNA of employee and oversee to implement training as per calendar.
∎ Assist to manage disciplinary & Grievance handling .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Exposure in MNC (Multinational Company), FMCG.
