Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interacting with candidates at various stages of collaboration.
∎ Conducting online interviews with candidates of different experience levels.
∎ Assessing candidates' personal competencies.
∎ Participating in and conducting training sessions within the company.
∎ Working on improving the candidate interaction process.
∎ Collecting statistical data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Possessing a completed higher education degree in psychology or personnel management.
∎ Proficient in English at an Advanced level or higher.
∎ Excellent in communication with the ability to articulate your thoughts effectively.
∎ Skilled at multitasking and handling large volumes of information.
∎ Demonstrating resilience, attentiveness, and independence.
∎ Quick at grasping information and eager to learn.
∎ Having a desire to develop in the field of personnel management.
