Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English.

Knowledge on learning system & curriculum development.
Sound knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, power point, outlook).
Identifying training need within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with HODs and Human Resources Departments.
Conducting systematic Training Need Analysis & GAP Analysis.
Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual`s needs.
Communicate and arrange internal and external training program for potential employees as per management decision.
Planning and carrying out training within budget and assessing the return on investment.
Developing effective induction programs for new joiners.
Evaluating training and development programs and analyze its impact on employee’s performance level.
Sourcing resource person for Training.
Training curriculum development & designing modules
Planning Session, Conducting training assessment & Follow up.
Perform on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable & relevant to job & legal also.
