Responsibilities & Context:
Seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and secure cloud infrastructure using Ubuntu/OpenStack in a data center environment. The role focuses on deploy the cloud, automation, performance optimization, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and maintain Ubuntu Open Stack cloud environments
Administer Linux systems with a focus on stability and security
Automate tasks using Ansible, Bash, or Python
Implement firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols
Monitor system performance and optimize resource usage
Design and execute backup and disaster recovery plans
Collaborate with IT teams and maintain documentation
Plan for infrastructure scaling and capacity
