1. Certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or ACE
2. Knowledge of VXLAN / EVPN technologies
3. Experience with network automation using Python or Ansible
4. Understanding of SDN concepts and architectures
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Design, deploy, and operate Spine-Leaf data center networks
2. Configure and manage BGP (iBGP/eBGP), OSPF, and Static Routing
3. Manage multi-vendor networking environments (Cisco, Juniper, Arista)
4. Deploy and maintain IPsec & Remote Access VPN solutions
5. Ensure high availability and redundancy using HSRP, VRRP, and ECMP
6. Perform advanced L2/L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis
7. Monitor network performance, availability, and SLA compliance
8. Implement ACLs, network segmentation, and traffic filtering policies
9. Support hybrid cloud connectivity (OpenStack, AWS, Azure, GCP)
10. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
11. Coordinate with internal teams, ISPs, and technology vendors
12. Bachelor’s degree in CSE, EEE, IT, or a related field
13. 4–7 years of experience in Network Engineering (Data Center/Cloud preferred)
14. Strong expertise in BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, and routing concepts
15. Hands-on experience with Spine-Leaf architecture
16. Practical experience with Cisco, Juniper, and/or Arista devices
17. Strong understanding of VLAN, STP, and Layer 2 technologies
18. Experience with IPsec and SSL VPN solutions
19. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
20. Certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or ACE
