Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide support and advice regarding documentation preparation/procedures
- Deliver consultancy/counseling to individuals or group of clients
- Ensure all clients receive best customer service and suggestions
- Drive sales through marketing efforts
- Communicate with international via Email, Office Phone, and SMS etc and clarify them on document processing and submission, regarding their respective queries.
- Conduct seminars whenever and wherever needed
- Provide weekly reports
- Meet quarterly sales targets
- Organize promotional campaigns
