We are seeking a Project Manager Python / Django to lead and coordinate our software development projects. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end project execution — from planning and stakeholder communication to hands-on development and delivery — ensuring that business goals and technical excellence are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and delivery in coordination with clients, developers, and business analysts.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and assign deliverables to the development team.

• Contribute actively to software development — writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code in Python and Django.

• Ensure technical and functional requirements are met on time and within scope.

• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to align priorities and resolve blockers.

• Design, integrate, and optimize scalable system architectures, ensuring performance and reliability.

• Build and maintain APIs (RESTful, integrations, and custom solutions).

• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), caching systems, and asynchronous task queues.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level and application-level issues.

• Apply design patterns, data structures, and algorithms effectively in problem-solving.

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and enforce code quality with SonarQube.

• Provide technical support and mentor junior developers when needed.

• Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes; enforce best practices and quality standards.

• Track project progress using Agile methodologies and tools such as Backlog, Slack.

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and develop mitigation strategies.

• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and performance updates for management and clients.
