Responsibilities & Context:

·  Process and verify health insurance claims accurately

·  Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently

·  Coordinate with hospitals and insurance partners

·  Maintain accurate data entry and prepare daily reports

·  Ensure proper documentation and claim processing within timeline

·  Support operational activities as assigned by management

·  Good command of MS Office applications

·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·  Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

·  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
