Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing the Merchandising team to achieve and maximize the target revenue and profitability of the Account.·
∎ Follow up with customer for up-coming orders and new development.·
∎ Ensure order T&As are being maintained by the team members in an effective way to avoid the production or customer’s delivery impact.·
∎ Monitor production planning, capacity reservation and fulfillment in close coordination with planning and production teams.·
∎ Review the customer’s feedback and manage complaints related to any deviation from PQC by maintaining highest level of service
