Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and ensure smooth execution of all washing operations.
Prepare accurate washing recipes based on buyer specifications and fabric type.
Maintain inventory and safe handling of washing chemicals and auxiliaries
Maintain all washing operations in line with buyer-specified quality standards and compliance protocols.
Prepare daily and weekly washing production plans on your own, ensuring alignment with order schedules."
Monitor and optimize chemical usage, temperature, pH, liquor ratio, and machine parameters to achieve desired effects.
Follow up on technical tasks, develop new wash plans, prepare wash costing, and establish standard operating procedures (SOP).
Lead and train washing plant operators, assistants, and sample developers.
Coordinate with production, quality, and finishing teams for smooth workflow.
