Responsibilities & Context:
Internal QMS, Product safety audit as per audit calendar by the customer and internal checklist
Prepare audit report, CAP report communicated to department heads & related persons.
Review CAP and verify CAP through re-audit
Prepare SOPs, Work Instruction, System form review & control
Training on related people of QMS & Product safety
Any other task assign by management
