Responsibilities & Context:
Finance Shared Services Centre:
Lead and develop shared services centre on finance function
Establish inhouse expertise in Treasury, Accounting, Taxation, Local Reporting and Internal Controls mechanism for BD operations based on BD regulatory framework and Corporate Requirements
Act as an interface between the SSC and all stakeholders in BD and in Corporate Offices
Business Partner & Analytics:
Partner with country head to drive productivity and profitability·
Lead FP&A team to perform costing analysis, strategic planning and budgeting, financial modeling
Consolidate management reporting on country level and present to top management
Project Support:
Support ad hoc projects as assigned
