• Oversee Sample + Artwork (Print/Heat Transfer/Pad print & Embroidery) Development for all departments, Poly suit, Modern basis and Prime collection for new customer development
• Oversee all Sample program (360 Sample program/SMS Sample/PP/pre-proto/proto, lab test/ wash and others sample), for new customer development.
• Handover bulk file to all relevant file and share buyer OPD file with all concern & making shipment schedule and follow up TNA for on time shipment.
• Create Sales Order wise cost and share with company’s overseas team and Opening L/C with all relevant documents
• Arranging all garments wash test and merge test report and communication with Certified Factory Audit (CFA) team
• Responsible for system work like a) USS: Creating BOM & YYE Placement, b) SAP - Park IV for payment, c) GTN-LCSD- Shipment mode update for special accessories data, PLM- Product life management.
• Closely work with Material Controlling, Planning, Production, Warehouse and Product development department for supply chain management and trouble shouting.
• Communication with all trims, fabric suppliers and third party and inform to Merchandising development team with proper clarification for making decision.
• Any other task assign by management.
