∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Have Sound knowledge of Mikrotik Router, NVR, IP Phone, NAS, Door access control, Network Printer, WIFI Router, UniFi, Cambium network for manage and troubleshoot.
∎ Have General Knowledge about Various Type Switch (Cisco, BDCOM, V-Sol) Multivendor EPON & GPON OLT & Configuration of ONU.
∎ Strong understanding of local networking and ensuring Multiple PC-to-PC Drive or Folder sharing, printer sharing, and Network Printer connectivity.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attending customers' complaints through phone call and solve.
∎ Visit customer office/home/POP-Client/MAC Client to solve different issues.
∎ Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients inside or outside of office.
∎ Regular communication with clients and response client group and respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone, remote service and email.
∎ Work collaboratively with your colleagues, contributing your skills while valuing the strengths others bring to the team.
∎ Stay constructive and solution-oriented in discussions and feedback.
∎ Incoming/Outgoing call handling of customer as well as trouble ticket maintaining and remote Support.
∎ Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly network performance report and Client report as Senior Instruction.
∎ Daily maintenance of PC and laptop, including operating system (Windows/Linux) installation and software configuration.
∎ Participate in a 24x7 roster duty.
