Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Provide advanced support for escalated network issues from Level 1/2 engineers.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot BGP sessions with upstream and downstream providers.
Handle prefix announcements and filtering to maintain accurate and secure routing.
Implement and manage VLANs, routing policies, and traffic policing across the network.
Maintain and optimize performance of OLTs across multiple vendors (Huawei, VSOL, C-Data, BDCOM).
Support and maintain customer provisioning and service delivery via GPON/EPON.
Handle POP with patience and provide them technical support and ensure smooth service.
Participate in capacity planning, network upgrades, and documentation efforts.
