Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Under Pressure, cooperative, Factory operations, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Maintenance, Production planning, Production/ Operation Management, Risk Assessment, Supervision
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow Operation timeline and take initiative for parcel load/Unload with proper way.
∎ Good Managing Capability for floor workers & worker Leaders.
∎ Give Lead to floor workers to Complete Parcel Load/Unload from vehicle.
∎ Make Report like: Manifest, Vehicle Load/Unload
∎ Follow up and Check without CN Parcel and give feedback to responsible Branch office.
∎ Using necessary device which is required in floor operation.
∎ Follow up and ensure responsible task to worker, Need to proper utilization to all workers.
∎ Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily.
∎ Follow worker movement and ensure assign worker parcel load/unload from correct vehicle or destination point.
∎ To ensure safety and security of all workers/parcel of the hub operation.
∎ Follow & ensure any task/job responsibility, which is submitted from floor in-charge.
∎ Work in Night Shift and give full dedication for make smooth operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have the mentality to work hard
∎ Night Shift work capability.
∎ Roster wise work Mentality.
∎ Physically & mentally fit to work.
Salary: Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
