Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of skilled workers to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals.

• Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
