Job Context:
∎ We have own modern factory with an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solution, print and packaging industry.
∎ We are looking highly professional, expertise, dynamic, hardworking, intelligence, self-motivated people for Joint Venture Trims Company.
∎ Looking for Supervisor: Offset/ PFL/ Thermal (Garments Accessories).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving the production schedule from planning department and ensure the man power availability and other related matters are full fill to meet the production schedule.
∎ Ensure to achieve the company goals / KPI's mainly set in efficiency / performance and on time delivery with first time right quality.
∎ Overseeing the production process in hourly & daily basis to meet the given schedule.
∎ To be attend immediately on supply chain issues to avoid loss time in production.
∎ Observe and monitor press operations, examine printed material to verify conformance with press run specifications to meet customer expectations, internal and external.
∎ Authorize quality of product once proofs are checked for ink coverage and density, alignment, and registration
∎ Direct and coordinate work for the Operators to achieve the objective of meeting production schedules and delivery dates as committed to customers.
∎ Work closely with Material Handling and Shipping Departments to ensure product is delivered in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain communication within the Pressroom on all shifts as well as other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. Communicate effectively with all internal and external customers to insure that all production requirements, schedules, quality, and final deliveries of our products are satisfactory.
∎ Plan and coordinate staffing efforts (work schedules, assignments, and production sequences) to effectively meet all production and quality requirements.
∎ Maintain and monitor the completion of all necessary records such as daily production and throughput, plate make over requests, maintenance requests, accident reports, counseling records, press production information sheets, and roll performance records, as assigned.
∎ Responsible to ensure Operators and crews run machines meeting or exceeding run-speed requirements, verifying compliance with product quality standards and minimal waste.
∎ Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Take corrective action to remedy issues.
∎ Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances and take necessary actions to remedy within the scope of supervisor duties.
∎ Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures, Preventative Maintenance and assign employee training to experienced workers.
∎ Communicate excess downtime to Scheduling department.
∎ Reviewing worker performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer (MS Excel, MS Word, E-mail handling).
∎ Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
∎ Given priority who have good knowledge of Lean management and Color Management.
Salary: Negotiable
