∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after Generator, Substation, Lift.
∎ Services charge collect & deposit to Bank.
∎ Wasa Bill, Electric Bill, Gas Bill payment.
∎ Control and monitor security functions in the Building.
∎ Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers.
∎ Observe the visitors and get permission from concern authority before allowing them to enter the premises.
∎ Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
∎ Coordinate with safety and participatory committees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong personality/leadership to ensure smooth administration.
∎ Proven work experience as an Administrative, Administrator or similar role.
∎ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
