∎ Diploma in Engineering (Concentration on Chemical Engineering) from any reputed public/private polytechnic institute.

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical Engineering, Fire and Safety, Fire safety Management, foam, Mattress, Production, Production Process, Supervisor, Wastage management, Wastage minimizing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, lead and train the team to produce quality product (foam, rebonded foam, spring/coir/rebonded mattress) to meet the market demand.
∎ Develop & set standard of chemical mixture (recipe) to produce quality foam (existing/new grades) by considering the production cost and end users' comfort.
∎ Review the process to remove the bottlenecks, find out the cost effective ways to design a standard production process and implement it for maximize quality output and minimize the wastage of foam-mattress production.
∎ Maintain extra caution and check the condition of tools, machineries, equipment, chemicals and utilities of foam-mattress production shed on a routine basis to keep a safe & productive working environment.
∎ Keep liaison with all relevant unit/department for smooth production.
∎ Perform any other duty as assigned by the Plant Head to meet the business goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Practical experience, expertise and knowledge on foam-mattress production.
∎ Ability to lead, supervise and train the team members.
∎ In depth knowledge on different types of chemicals and their use in foam production.
∎ Wastage management in foam & mattress production.
∎ Fire and safety management.
Salary: Negotiable
