Responsibilities & Context:
Design, maintain, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment used in the packing process.
Identify and resolve issues during machine operations to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow.
Recommend modifications to machinery and processes to enhance production capacity, minimize waste, and reduce power consumption.
Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize packaging operations and assembly processes for improved productivity.
Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and throughput.
Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and quality checks for process monitoring and reporting.
Monitor subordinates’ attendance and leave records.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
