1. ERP software and able to work at Shift (Day & Night)

1. Receive relevant cargo challan from shipper’s representative in queue & check documents in System/ SOL (with data input) for issuing TOKEN to the driver
2. Coordinate truck movement & collect POD’s (proof of delivery) in the file acknowledge receipt of cargo
3. Manpower allocated to unloading and ensuring cargo unloading as per document/PO-wise
4. Ensure cargo stacking in caret as per compliance
5. Take weight, dimension & measurements and documented properly (recheck for accuracy sign off)
6. Utilization of space and keep cargo at suitable location with compliant manner
7. As per requirement ensure QC inspection and inform to internal and external customers
8. After receiving the plans, coordinate with C&F coordinator & other parties, print sticker and handover to loading supervisor
9. Collect shipment dispatch schedule and identification of right shipments from storage area according to HAWB, PO/COLOUR, Invoice, Shipping marks etc. and relevant documents
10. Cargo stacking at cooling zone and cross match with the final documents
11. Weight and dimension recheck as per documents (sample basis).
12. Ensure cargo segregation and proper stacking in vehicle with sticker pasting each boxes
13. Ensure vehicle lock and all documents handover to driver to forward cargo village (Airport)
14. Ensure smooth shift takeover and handover with check list signed off
15. Ensure KPI’s -Cargo Caring while unloading, storing, loading & delivery in full & on time
16. Ensure error-free shipment handling within the cut-off and priority-based operation service with compliant manner
17. Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
