Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Electrical Equipment

• At least 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

• Only Male

Sound knowledge on Industrial equipment, conveyor belt, power mover/stacker, forklift, baggage scanning machine, DB board, motor, electric wiring, AC etc.

Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods of utilization

Ensure equipment are active mode as per life cycle and prepare checklist/ SOP for equipment as required

Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and prompt response to equipment faults within stipulated timeline

Keep periodical maintenance logs and report for audit purposes

Ensure generator routine servicing, fuel, operating and support to electricity backup

Ensure maintenance & cleanliness by user of electrical & electronics equipment like conveyor belt, power mover/stacker, forklift, baggage scanning machine, DB board, motor, electric wiring, AC etc.

Assist to procure mechanical and electrical equipment as per requirement with proper approval process

Record of all equipment /asset inventory are in place as and when necessary

Ensure service agreement for required equipment and follow up with vendor

Check Server, LAN connection, Wi-Fi, printer, scanner, PC, UPS, IPS, attendance device, CCTV, PABX, PA system etc. and coordinate with Corporate IT concern to keep those in active mode

Assist Project Manager in IT set-up, electrical installation and other project-related works in the plant

Ensure repair  & maintenance of furniture, office equipment, warehouse infrastructure, floor and any others development project

Settle monthly utility bill

Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
