Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Cleaning Service, Fire safety Management, MS Office

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO), Retired defence, Safety and Security Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly monitor and control the entire premises safety and security system.
∎ Conducting security training, regularly monitoring security register and security surveillance system.
∎ Ensure security compliance and manage conflict.
∎ Responsible to ensure cleanness in the premises.
∎ Daily floor visit and ensure housekeeping good condition.
∎ Update Admin-related documents and check periodically.
∎ Communicate with different vendor to ensure any development issue.
∎ Prepare duty roster and coordinate with the department and follow up regular basis.
∎ Follow up internal developmental civil, repairing work under administration.
∎ Conducting first aid, fire, security awareness, safety, induction training.
∎ Maintain available balance first aid medicine and first aid provided to staffs
∎ Unannounced periodical checking at night shift.
∎ Ensure periodical checklist are updated for all fire equipment.
∎ Scrap collection from different departments and ensure disposal.
∎ Maintaining relevant local and governing authority relationships.
∎ Arrange employee engagement activities and coordinate.
∎ Any other job assigned by line manager.

∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
