Job Responsibilities:
∎ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Speaks and writes effectively; communicates clearly in memoranda, reports, management letters and other correspondence.
∎ Applies the theory and principles of accounting, the objectives, standards and procedures of auditing to client situations. Applies understanding of clients' systems and procedures, overall business operations and industries to our roles as professional accountants and business advisors.
∎ Applicant must have appropriate experiences of auditing bank and financial institution and cash incentive audit with extensive knowledge of bank the bank company act 1991 as well as the circulars of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Meets the profession's and the firm's standards of technical quality as established in the firm's technical publications; keeps informed of current technical developments and pending matters important to our profession and clients.
∎ Recognizes significant problems in our clients' operations; develops recommendations for solutions with audit and tax personnel.
∎ Reviews internal control systems; prepares audit programs and time budgets for executive review and approval.
∎ Supervises system engagements, including direction of staff personnel, organization of work plan, development of suggestions and implementation of procedures and follow-up.
∎ Maintains competence in current tax matters and identifies situations when tax executives are needed.
∎ Assists in documenting and monitoring firm quality control procedures.

∎ ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Knows the firm's organization; follows the firm's administrative practices.
∎ With executives, plans and organizes engagements so that client service needs are fulfilled; helps explain to clients the results of our work, reports and recommendations.
∎ Supervises the progress of field work on client engagements. Organizes own work and delegates and controls field work assignments so engagements are completed in a reasonable time; uses time effectively and meets deadlines.
∎ Informs executives of progress on engagements; takes timely action on technical, scheduling, and other problems. Brings recommended solutions to executive attention for timely action.
∎ Provides training, leadership, and administrative direction to motivate and develop the capabilities of accountants assigned to him/her. Completes performance reviews.
∎ Understands economics of the firm's practice. Participates in determining client billing.
∎ Accepts other administrative and supervisory responsibilities, including recruiting and leading professional development conferences as requested.
∎ CLIENT RELATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Demonstrates professional interest in providing our clients with quality service; earns the respect of our clients' executives and their staff.
∎ Is knowledgeable about the scope and application of our tax, accounting, auditing, and other services, works with other staff members to bring needed professional services to clients' problems.
∎ Expands acquaintances with bankers, brokers, lawyers, and business leaders through civic, business community and professional activities of his/her choosing. Prepares to assume leadership responsibilities in outside organizations.

∎ PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Has the essential personal characteristics for continuing growth in the profession and firm including integrity, maturity, dependability, tact, enthusiasm, sound business judgement, leadership ability and administrative skill.
∎ Satisfies national ethical requirements.
∎ Co-operates with others in the firm in a manner that recognizes the high importance of teamwork in providing professional services. Earns the confidence and respect of colleagues; extends himself/herself beyond the immediate demands of the assignment and accepts new responsibilities.

∎ Prepares adequately for and participates actively in the approved professional development programs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply however males are preferable.
∎ 3 to 5 years of auditing experience.
∎ Must have bank and cash incentive auditing experience.
∎ Applicants must have IT expertise.
∎ Applicants are expected to have the ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on expertise and experience
